Our workshops are run by qualified drama teachers or qualified teachers with experience of teaching drama at Key Stages 1 and 2

The children work on traditional/modern stories and their related themes and issues, or devise work around topics such as 'differences' or 'our future'.

The strategies used include story making, improvisation, individual pair and group work, developing speaking and listening skills, building self-esteem and confidence and the use of drama conventions.

On the eighth session of each term parents are invited to see the progress of the children's work

Infant Theatre Workshop

• 5 to 7 years (school years Reception 1 & 2)

Junior Theatre Workshop

• 7 to 11 years (school years 3, 4, 5 & 6)
• Saturday mornings 10.00 – 12.00
