Dark of the Sun is set in a dystopian world of machines, where its inhabitants live in continual darkness after the catastrophe of the great inferno many years before.  It is a world where weapons have been outlawed, where the state watches every move and where the mysterious Knifeman is perpetrating an increasing number of murders.
 
The production draws on the distorted and anguished style of Expressionism, conjuring up an Orwellian world of intrigue, dark shadows and murder.

Performances start at 8pm.
 
Dark of the Sun is the culmination of a six month project between Redbridge Drama Centre and Redbridge Youth Service.
